Does my Torque need calibrating?

Yes, once every 12 months.

What if I don't have phone signal?

Our app has an offline feature allowing you to sync your data to the cloud when you regain signal.

What is Continuous Mode?

This allows for a set number of tests to be completed seamlessly without having to interact with the device.

Enjoying hassle-free testing – once a test is complete, the next one will automatically start! You can 'Take a Break' to pause testing, to either resume later or edit and finalise your report anytime.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in the cloud, we use a highly secure data centre.

How long does the Torque take to charge?

The Verify Torque takes approximately two hours to charge.

It has a battery life of around 8 hours.

It also comes with a 1m long micro USB charging cable.

Can I connect multiple devices to the app?

Yes, you can connect multiple devices to the app at one time. A gauge and a torque can be added but not two torques etc.
